Cancellation Conditions

In general the terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
Our cancellation conditions:

  • free if 3 months before day of arrival
  • 40% until 1 month before day of arrival
  • 70% until 1 week before day of arrival
  • 90% in the last week  before day of arrival
  • 100% without any cancellation

These conditions do NOT apply for Corona-sanctions. If you cannot/are not allowed to go on vacations due to border closure, then you can cancel anytime for free, even short-time cancellation is possible. If possible it is also is recommended to rebook your holidays again.

We also recommend to make a Travel cancellation insurance to make be secured agains unforeseen events.
